Hi All

This share point form is customized by Powerapps.

I would like to know that for the multiple lines text, is it possible to extend the height automatically when the number of displayed rows is exceeded, instead of scrolling down.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

A text box has a Len property (number of characters)  Len(TextBoxName.Text) and a Y property (height)

You could do something with the setting the Y to the Len divided by the average number of characters in a line taking into account the pixel height of a row. A bit of experimenting may get you the result you require.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you want to extend the height of the Text Input box (multiple lines mode) automatically when the number of displayed rows is exceeded?

The user Mr. Dang has provide a solution for this scenario, please check and see if the following blog would help in your scenario:

    https://officepowerups.com/2019/01/21/how-to-make-a-multiline-text-input-control-automatically-adjust-its-height/

On your side, you could add a Label control (Label1) inside the Comment field data card in the Edit form, make the TextInput box over the Label control. Set the Text property of the Label to following:

    CommentTextInputBox.Text

Set the AutoHeight property of the Label to following:

    true

Set the Height property of the Comment TextInput box to following:

    Max(70, Label1.Height)

    Best regards,
