Hello community, I need your help.
At work, I always have meetings with my team and enter the information in Sharepoint. I found this template on Powerapps and would like to use it for myself.
But I don't know how to make these changes in Sharepoint.
I have attached a picture with explanations.

I hope this helps and would be very happy if someone can help me how to implement all this so that I can learn it - I need a ‘teacher’.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought that app template doesn't use SharePoint as a datasource (if I remember correctly it directly pulls from your Outlook calendar and leverages the Office365User, Planner and OneNote ones no?).

It seems you want to replace the Outlook Calendar connection so it pulls from SharePoint instead of your meetings right? Some steps to point you in the right direction:

    1. Add the SharePoint list as a Datasource
    2. Take a look at the first screen where you select your meetings from
      • set the meeting selection gallery Items to be your sharepoint list (I suggest you use RenameColumns on your list to match up with the names Outlook uses in that Items property)
    3. If the column names match up, you will have minimal errors popping up when you navigate now to that second screen.
    4. For the presence detection (and you don't need to save that attendance long term) you can just use a check box in that gallery that Collects the person selected to a collection (say... colAttendees)
    5. the other functionality will take a while to explain here but it's all simple enough that with a little practice you'll get the hang of it

I would recommend watching content from Reza for example to learn the ropes.

I did customize it at some point to work with SharePoint in addition to Outlook to allow for attendance tracking and better task management but looking back at it now that I have more experience, I should have started from a blank canvas and re-built it myself:

Hi @jeang , Thank you. Can you provide me with your template if it is ok. Also, how can I display the content from Sharepoint and filter by calender Week. that would be very helpful.
