Hi Everyone,

Thanks for reading the post.

We're planning to expose the Power VA Bot on the custom website. Can anyone please suggest what license do we need to buy?

Do we only need to buy Power Virtual Agent Tenant License? or is there any Power Virtual Agent User License too? I found about Power Virtual Agent User License from documentation

So you will need at least one per user license, this license will allow the user to create and manage the bot.

In addition to that you will need the tenant license for your bot sessions.

All users who interact with bot will NOT need any additional licensing. When a user interacts with the bot, the tenant license will use a session:

Could you please share the name of the 'one per user license'? What's the price of it? Because, I'm unable to find any reference of it apart from the documentation. Thanks.
