List content doesn't show up

Hello!

I am new to Power Platform and trying to install the Crisis Communication App. When I use the user app, the emergency contacts don't show in the dropdown menu.

Countries can be shown but not the contacts. Below are the contacts I inputted in admin app. They are stored in SharePoint Lists.

I've tried the disconnect the SharePoint link and reconnect again. It doesn't work. This problem is in the emergency contact function only. I have no such problem in other functions. May I know what's wrong with this? How can I fix this issue? Thanks!

Hello Jeffer,

Thanks for your reply! I followed the steps you quoted to install the app. The other functions work perfectly but only emergency contacts cannot be shown in user app. I compared the other screens, there is no container action in emergency contacts screen. Will this cause the problem? Thanks!

Did you ever get this resolved? I've reinstalled this Power App multiple times on different tenants and same it doesn't appear. Only the Country but nothing underneath. I checked the SP Contact and it's listed in there but not within the Power App in Teams.
