Hello,
I am wondering if anyone can advise or point me in the right direction with completing the task. I would like to design the form that will have multiline answer box grid as on attached photo below. I would like to be able to add or remove rows if more lines needed. I would then like to store the responses within the Dataverse and create PDF template. For time being I am struggling to find the right tool to design the text grid. There is no option to do so within Microsoft Forms, hence was wondering if something similar was an option in Power Apps?
