On-Premise model driven Apps

Hi,

Is it possible...

1. To have Model Driven Apps on premise (with local SQL DataBase) which shall be connected to Online Dynamics 365?

2. Is it possible to create 20 environments in powers admin? If not possible online which is limited 2 Environments, Is it possible in onpremise Model Driven Apps to have 20 environments with local database.

    Model-driven apps (the Common Data Service for Apps) is 100% Cloud technology. The following link has informatie on the number of environments: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/administrator/environments-overview
