External Users unable to access PowerApps

Hi Team,

We have built a PowerApps App. Which was shared with External Users .

Users are claiming that they were able to access the App earlier But from the past one week external users are not able to access the App .

We have verified with Internal Users , they are able to access the app with out any issue .

below is the error details ,

Unable to obtain access token for resource 'https://graph.windows.net/'. Error from ADAL.js: Token Renewal Failed (Token renewal operation failed due to timeout).

Requesting you all to please help us to resolve this Issue .

Hi @Anonymous ,

Did you mean that you have shared the app with guests? Did you follow the steps below correctly?

we followed the same process as per the document mentioned in link, it worked for me till 2 months, but from past 1 week iam facing the issue(giving that access error) FYI.. some other third party users are still able to access.Issue is happening only for some of the external users.
