Cannot create project in Sharepoint

Hello,

 

I reached out to the 365 support team in hopes of maybe solving an issue we're experiencing.

Whenever we create a project in Sharepoint we get the following error: SiteCreate.Create failed. (see attachment for complete error message).

 

But yes, hopefully this has a solution. Thank you!
