Remove share and assign views of model driven app

Hi,

How can I prevent a user to share or assign a view that he created it !

I already removed those privileges from security role of the user : for the system table User Query.

Hi @Youssef_Arouay,

Simply removing the "Share" and "Assign" privileges from the security role may not be sufficient in all cases because:

Users might still see the Share or Assign buttons in the UI if the app or system views are not customized to hide them.
Some privileges might be inherited or granted through other roles or teams.
The system may cache privileges, so changes might require users to sign out and back in.

Here is a recommenation per your needs:

Recommendation	Description
Security Role Privileges	Make sure users' security roles have no Share or Assign privileges on the User Query entity. Check for other roles or teams that might grant these privileges.
Customize the Model-Driven App Ribbon	Use Ribbon Workbench or similar tools to remove or hide the Share and Assign buttons on views grid and form ribbons to prevent users from seeing these options.
Use JavaScript or Command Bar Customization	Add custom JavaScript or command bar rules to disable or hide Share/Assign commands based on user roles or ownership.
Test with a User Account	Verify with a user account that has the restricted role to ensure Share and Assign options are not available.

Can you please share me the screenshot of Security Role which you have tried ? and can you help with the current logged in user security role.

Note: Even though you removed security and can able to view the record, which means you are have some additional permissions for the same.
