Environment disabled, cannot re-enable

Trying to reactivate Dynamics CRM. Old license expired but new, active license active in account. No enable button shows.

    What happens when you click on ... (three dots) next to the environment name? Does it have same behaviour?

    I had the same problem due to my subscription expiring.
     
    Delete, then recover the Environment to place it into a Ready state with no data loss.
