Hi, We have created AI model (custom translator) but it is stuck in "training' mode for over 24 hours...
I tried to delete the model but the operation doesn't work & comes-up with pop-up message ("unable to delete document as it is being used in a model that is either being trained, deployed or undeployed")
I tried deleting the workspace, project but still the same message - it does not let me delete...
The bigger issue is the cost: because we have selected a s1 pricing tier (non-free) - its costing us due to the platform error.
Is there any chance to abort the training operation? or delete models? or anything even using CLI etc..looks like it is stuck in endless loop. This is sure a platform bug.
And, how do we open a support ticket with Microsoft?
Details:
1. Created workspace-project-uploaded a 10k sentence English & French; it completed all the steps below in an hour but stuck on "Training in progress" - can not delete anything in portal.customtranslator.azure.ai/workspaces. Even deleted the Translator in Cognitive services in portal.azure.com.
Message/status:
Training in progress
****Training running (for 24 hours)
