Hi, Does anyone here know how to make my barcode scanner to read multiple data?
so barcode scanner is automatically input the values of type of work, Division, and Number?
I can’t claim to be an expert on barcodes, but I believe the only thing you can hope to return from scanning the barcode is a numeric value. That being said, you could still use that value to fill in the fields you want to populate (Type of Work, Division, Number, etc.) This could work if you have a table of such values to lookup for each barcode, or by parsing the number using some pre-determined logic (i.e. first 3 digits give me Type of Work, next 3 give me Division, etc.)
