AIハブとAIプロンプトにて接続切れが発生している。

首題の件、頻発しており大変困っています。
困ったので、試用版をあきらめ、PowerAppsプレミアムを購入もしました。それでも解消されません。
クレジットを割り付け完了し、クレジット数はまだある状態です。
下記の表示の「PowerAppsのサポートページ」からログインしても変わりません。
もう一週間以上表示されている状態です。非常に疲れてガッカリしています。
 
速やかに回答お願いします。
