Can anyone share how to capture the entire 4 digit PIN/security number entered via phone in PVA IVR before we try to validate the code?
We're testing PVA IVR in Dynamics 365 Omnichannel Voice and have a requirement for customers to enter a 4 digit security code from their phone keypad. However when I try, it seems PVA is trying to authenticate after capturing the first digit.
I was hoping to ask the customer to enter the 4 digit code and finish by pressing the # key.
