I use the user().FullName function to retrieve the users name within in my app, for one person only it is just displaying their last name twice. Their 365 profile has not changed, I have no clue why this has suddenly started doing this.

This seems to be a weird behaviour from MS side
As an alternative may i suggest the following
-add Office 365 Users connection to your app.

I think this will be easier than trying to debug either a bug or an edge case 🙂
