I have a power app for our SharePoint List form but it is intermittently appearing tiny to some users.
When this comes up, I have found the below can occasionally provide a temporary fix but have not been able to resolve permanently.
- Clearing Cache for SharePoint
- Adjusting the app width from "Landscape Large" to a set custom size (using same values ie. 1185 x 790), publish the app then reverting it back to "Landscape Large" and publishing again
Below are the settings used for App and Screen:

MinScreenWidth = 320
SizeBreakpoints = [600, 900, 1200]
Screen
Width = Max(App.Width, App.DesignWidth)
Height = Max(App.Height, App.DesignHeight)
Any suggestions?
