Power Platform Admin Centre - Storage Capacity Summary

Hi Community,

Have noticed recently that the "Summary" tab is missing from Power Platform Admin Centre > Capacity page?

There used to be a "Summary" tab on the left of "Dataverse" but its now no longer there, was still there last week.

Seeking advice on any other alternatives to get reported Total Tenant Storage Capacity and Usage via the Admin Centre UX?

Current State:

Appreciate any advice or information.

Thank you.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @DanielChee ,

I checked my PPAC and I can still see this Summary tab. So, maybe you can try to access it with this URL:

    https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/resources/capacity#summary

    Best Regards,

I am facing a similar issue and the URL did not help.

I have the same issue.  I noticed it was removed towards the end of last week.  The last time I know it was there for certain was on 4/10/23 as I have a screenshot of that page from that date.  The URL from the prior post doesn't change the page either.

    Hi @DanielChee  @PAION_rahul  @eraseu2 ,

Understand and I guess there are some changes in Power platform admin center recently. In my tenant, my account has the role of Global admin and Power platform admin, and I found other users without these tenant admin roles will no longer have access to the summary tab. Maybe the document change is on its way.

    Hi All,

Just have a quick update here, document has been updated recently:New Microsoft Dataverse storage capacity - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn

Now the user needs to have one of the following roles to check the summary part:

    • Tenant admin
    • Power Platform admin
    • Dynamics 365 admin

New Microsoft Dataverse storage capacity - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn

    Best Regards,

Me and my colleague are Power Platform admins throgh Privileged Identity Management but still can't see the summary tab.
After getting elevatad privileges through PIM it takes a little while before power platform admin center recognises that but even when I can see all environments and such, the Summary tab is still missing.
Shouldn't Power Platform admin be enough or is there som bug with getting it through PIM and not having it permanently?

I'm sorry but this is not an acceptable solution.
There needs to be a read-only option to make the summary capacity data available to people who should not have the ability to make changes.
The "security" change removed that functionality and actually weakens security.

Ditto for me. I'm using PIM as well and I don't see the summary tab
