White Screen when starting APP (works fine in Editor)

I am experiencing a white blank screen when starting my app. This is the first time this is happening after me building multiple apps with Power Apps. It is pretty much a simple commenting app for project management without much data.

There are no errors in the application and just 2 delegeation warnings for huge datasets which should not apply here.

I would be very greatful if someone had a solution for this.

    Hi @Rex23 ,

Are you loading those dataset on the Screen Load or App Load? You can also check the controls in screen that loads data from dataset. If it has many controls that loads lot of data in it, this white screen issue might happen.

Not sure what you mean by app or screen load. I am calling the sources in the Items section of my galleries. I added the sources (Sharepoint List) in the data Part of the editor:

    I am not loading a lot of data (2 Sharepoint lists: 1. 2 Col / ~100Rows // 2. 6 Col / 10 Rows)

Can you specify what you mean by "controls"?

    Hi @Rex23 ,

Explanation for App On Start(load), Screen On Visible (load) and Controls are given below. Please check all those places to see where the data load to the controls are happening.

Neither of both. I am loading it in the items section of my gallery.

And no. I have no controls on the start screen. Just a Form on another screen.

    Hi @Rex23,

I think the problem in your case is, you are loading the StartScreen with no controls (white blank screen) that loads as first screen(default) right? Is there any timer you set to show the StartScreen and then redirect to your Gallery Screen automatically?

If you have not done so, please have a timer set to show the StartScreen for 20 seconds and then use navigate function to redirect it to GalleryScreen.

My Start Screen is my Gallery Screen. The first thing i am doing in the OnStart Section off the app is navigating to my Gallery Screen. This has always worked for me 😕

    Hi ArchitectMadhan,

thanks for your approach but sadly it has not worked for me. Everything looks fine in the editor though. Do you think this might have something to do with the nested galleries i am using here for the first time?

About your question: I am filtering the first dataset (a list of projects) by a second dataset which is a list of comments for some projects. I only want projects from the first dataset to appear if there are comments for it in the second dataset. (used for the nested galleries)

(here every project appear because i used you approach for Items)

    Hi @Rex23 ,

You just want to show the list of projects from Entity A that has comments in Entity B. Do you want to show the comments also in the gallery?

The below link will be helpful for your scenario.

Thank you for your help. I just rebuilt the app now completely (copy and paste) and now everything works just fine.

    Weird stuff...
