Hi to all i have a question, i have in my sharepoint document library different file, i want display in a gallery a specified file that calls filename.xlsx

If you are asking whether you can display the content of the file in PowerApps, then no you cannot. You can link Excel table content if it is stored in OneDrive.
If you are asking whether you can launch it in Excel then yes Launch('Link to item'') will do that.
