Not able to see "Edit data in Excel" option in DataVerse Tables Data dropdown

Hello,

I was wondering if there are any specific permissions settings needed to see the "Edit data in Excel" option. One of my environments in separate tenant show this option, but an environment in another tenant doesn't show this option. What am I missing?

If I cannot getting the permission or setting, is there an alternate way of editing data in bulk in DataVerse?

Thank you so much in advance!!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Can you go to the listing of the tables and click on elipses for the table, data, and then you should see "Edit Data in Excel".

@dpoggemann Thank you for your response.

I still don't see that option.

Is this option disabled for GCC tenants? If so, how to enable it?

    Thank you!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Ah, that could be the issue, might be limitation in GCC but sorry, I don't know how to enable.  Here is an article that talks about the limitations in GCC but I don't see this in the list.  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/powerapps-us-government#power-apps-us-government-feature-limitations

    Hi @Anonymous :

I'm not sure how this problem is caused, I suggest you consider creating a support ticket.

In addition, the data in the Dataverse can also be updated in batches using the Canvas APP. For example, you could try Updateif Or ForALL(YourSource, Patch())

    Best Regards,

    Hi @Brunomdn ,

There are no checkmarks in this row which means the following according to the document you referenced:

    Am I misunderstanding?
