I need to create a report in Power Apps like the attached format.

My issue is If there are more than 10 rows , the report only show 10 rows but I have 25 rows.

Plaase your help !

You have to show more than this picture. Show the app, your expressions etc. What is your data source? What did you build the app in? What are you using to show your data (a gallery?)

Please understand we wanna help but you have to show us what you have to be able to do that.

The 10 column list in your example would just be a scrolling gallery or grid with the 25 rows if you want to use a Power Apps screen as the report. Or you could use Power BI.

The way your requirement is clear but we are not clear in-terms of the implementation.

How to generate a reports.

Create a scrollable screen or container adjust the height property accordingly.

Place a form and gallery inside the screen and set the height accordingly to Item count - this will show all records and scrollable will help in traversing the records.

Using PDF you can generate a report.

What I need to do is to have a format as attached file here.

Same format in PDF but be able to move next page in case of many items.

Use Power BI to create the report and call it from Power Apps.
