Hi all,

I am on portal trying to register as new user unfortunately i am facing this error:

Can anyone please help me on this?

Issue says that there is no Account/Login/Register page in English. Did you enable English as a new language for the Portal recently?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Try to disable Custom Errors to be able to find more details and internal description of the error. See here for more info. Keep in mind that this will show YSOD (yellow screen of death) and might not be good to show that on production portal.

Hi,

Yes, it was working before.
I am using local registration and there was no customization around site settings.

Hi, a few questions to help troubleshooting

are you using local registration? or Azure AD? or Azure AD B2C?
was this ever working before?
was there any recent customization? specially around the site settings? can you revert and re-test?
