Hi,
As per the normal chat conversation, user starts the conversation with the bot and asking for the requirements. After following couple of questions/actions, user wants to exit from the conversation.
For this, I set up a separate topics with phrase 'Exit'. The user is diverting himself to 'Exit' conversation topic in between and not completing the original chat flow.
The bot is jumping to 'Exit' topic, but later it jump back to the original conversation topic. This is not really ending the conversation that user want.
Is there any other way where user can exit from the conversation in between the original conversation is not completed.
You can "clear all variables" before ending conversation.
I'm using goodbye system topic but not the 'End of the conversation' topic as I do not want the rating and feedback actions.
The things happens that after completing the conversation, if the (same) user starts the new conversation, the conversation flow automatically pick the variable values from the last conversation.
The last conversation variables are clear out only if the same user starts with 'Start Over'.
I want that the past conversation should be clear out with the Good bye topic and not with the 'Start Over' topic.
For example,
1. User starts conversation with 'Hi'
2. based on some questions, the variables are stored
3. Bot response back as per the requirements.
4. End the conversation
5. The same user starts the conversation again as 'Hi'
6. Instead of asking the questions, the bot is taking the variables values from the past conversation.
The #6 is creating the problem.
Does exit have an end conversation in it? You can also use the goodbye system topic for this.
