Hi all!

I've two filters (quarter and month) in Power Apps that need to filter both a gallery and a column chart.

Within the column chart, I need to display the enterprise ID of users on the x-axis and the percentage value of chargeability on the y-axis based on the selected quarter and month.

My questions are:

1) How can I filter the chart considering that the chart does not include the quarter and month fields (which are present in the filters)?
2) How can I change the percentage format to get 35.00% instead of 0.350.00%, considering that the chargeability field is a text field manually entered by the user?
