In model driven, can a Process locks a field in a form after sometime elapses?

Hi, I would like to look some fields in a model driven apps after sometime elapses.

For instance I want to give users 5 minutes to possibly double check their entry then lock it from edit. 

Is this achievable by Process or any other way?

    I just tested and it seems that you cannot achieve this in model driven app so far. If you need this feature, consider to add an idea in below forum:
