Get Data - adding data to existing entity and data within entity

I want to use Get Data to import more data to an existing entity but it appears to warn that any existing data will be overwritten?

If this is the case, what's the best way of importing large amounts of data when there is already data in an entity?

EDIT: Tried in a trial environment - still not managed to make Get Data work at all... is there an issue with "upload to an existing entity"? Seems to not work despite using Get Data -> Excel file or Get Data from Excel

@sabinn - any ideas??

Hi @lewishm

One work around for time being would be, use exported file from Source CDS environment to import into Target Dynamic 365 instance for your Target CDS environment which will append data. You can navigate to Dynamics 365 instace from PowerApp web portal from Advanced Customizations under Settings.

We're actively working on adding an option to Append Data, in addition to the existing behavior (delete existing data).

We expect this option to light up in the next few weeks.
