Not possible as Power Apps simply passes the URL to your browser, which then opens it and displays it in the address bar). If this is a SharePoint Library, you could create a Text field (something like MaskedLink), then open SharePoint and on each file, select the "three dots" and then Copy link. You may need to go into Settings and change the access (the bottom one would be good for your purposes). You can then copy this link into the new field of each file and launch it,
The link looks something like this (so the user can only see the site name)
