Drop down menu appearing misplaced on screen?

Hello, 

 

I have a strange issue that I can’t figure out- the drop down menus in my app are appearing in different places on the screen? The X and Y properties are dynamically set and I have tried statically moving them - still the same. Any thoughts? Image to help demonstrate the issue-
