My resolution is at zero. I chose to end with survey, and still no changes

So I understand that you are using the End with Survey, but this survey starts a system topic inside the PVA. Can you record your screen and test for me, please?

Basically, we have the time to update the resolution rate and all analysis inside the PVA. The current time is 6 hours: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General/Conversation-Transcript/m-p/589400

The Resolution rate still did not update. Its still at zero

Thank you for all your help. I pulled the existing chatbot and recreated it. And within an hour I could see all the reports including resolution. So i am ok for now.
