I am in the initial phases of developing a solution with Copilot Studio to create a chat bot for answering questions about SAP.
Currently the data I want to use is in a SharePoint list and is part of a Power Automate solution where users post their questions and is then answered by the support team.
To cut down on the number of duplicate requests sent to the team, the user would first need to pose their question to the chatbot. If a satisfactory answer is not found, it would then submit the ticket for the user.
My thought is to create another Power Automate flow to take the data from the SharePoint list once it has been answered and save the relevant data to a *.txt file in a document library.
I assume that since Power Automate Studio cannot use list data, if I add metadata fields to the document library to tag the files, those would be ignored. Copilot says it will not use the data from the fields, but just the documents.
Has anyone created anything how I propose, and do you have any tips? Currently I have over 5,000 responses to work with, so I think that is a good start for this project once I get them in a format Copilot Studio can use.
