I am trying to create a custom popup form when user hits on "view details"  so that, I can customize it accordingly. Is there a way to create custom popup form that displays specific item on entity list on click?

    Sorry about the delay

    You can change this via Portal Management app by clicking on Advanced Settings and then changing the button label:

    Hi,

    How to give title to the Item Actions column? As you see below the column title of  "view details" blank?

    Thanks

    @vshrestha via private message:

    We are creating a feature so that the user will be able to create, edit and view an application from the portal
    The user should be able to view application (read only mode) if the application status is completed/submitted otherwise he should be able to open the application and edit it.
    When the application record is created, it will appear on the grid on the portal.
    The application record is a custom entity on the dataverse

    We have gone through the following steps;
    We have created a web form for a custom record to create and edit on the portal
    We are using Advance Form, using steps to create/edit the record on the portal
    We have provided a grid on the portal.
    We would like to have edit functionality from the grid that we can do now using the Advance Form
    We also need to have view (read only) functionality to view the specific record details from a row of the grid based on the status of that record * this part is where we are stuck at and need help*
    We would like to view the record details in a custom pop up form (or OOB form as suggested by you). This custom form need to have "Print " button at the top for printing
    We may also require to implement branding (css) on the custom pop up form or OOB form

    I have created a thread on the Group under Design and Build Label.

    Hi, what I normally do is create a basic form representing a summary of the application. This is a read-only and contains all the information they need to see.

    Then on the list, you can add two actions, one for edit and one for the read-only.. then you can use the Filter XML to show/ride the action based on the status

    I have an article that explains this: http://oliverrodrigues365.com/2020/04/26/power-apps-portals-entity-list-conditional-action/

    I also have another article on adding a Print button: http://oliverrodrigues365.com/2018/04/25/dynamics-365-portals-exporting-content/
