We learned that when creating a new PVA bot, need to specify one certain language, such as: English, Japanese, etc
Is it possible to add topics for other languages to the English bot. For example: Japanese, in this case, whether the VPA can correctly understand these Japanese topics
Hey there @kevin_dxc,
Unfortunately, at this time, multiple languages within a single bot are not supported. The language you specify upon creating the bot is the only language that bot will operate within. In order to have a bot that can communicate in Japanese, per your example, you would need to create another PVA bot and select Japanese as it's language during the creation process.
Although this use case is not supported at this time, you are welcome to create an Idea for it! Ideas are community-provided suggestions to the Power Virtual Agents team, and are a great way for users to show the sorts of features they'd want to use in the future!
