Hi,
Just wondering:
As far as I can tell it is possible for multiple users to work on a model by adding collections and tagging the documents in those collections.
You CANNOT work together in 1 collection, tagging documents. I've seen that fail...
Reason: updating our required model with 100-200 collections would be too much work for 1 person at a time.
Am I correct in this?
Co-editing is in our roadmap for next year.
Tagging a collection is a matter of few minutes.
So usually customers with many collections like that have one maker doing some collections and then another one taking over afterward.
I know it is not optimal but manageable.
That's a showstopper for us... 😞
We're looking at 150+ models because there's a huge variety of vendor invoice layouts, so we'll be working with a collection per vendor.
So if we want to train our model with 150+ collections, that means only one person at a time would be able to work the model. Argh...
Correct, concurrent editing is not currently supported.
Though 2 users with "System customizer" role could alternatively modify the model but this should really happen alternatively to avoid corruption of the model.
