Unable to Upload and Save any files to CoPilot as Knowledge and in SP/OD they are ignored

Hello,
 
I am actually working on a private project as I am a huge Christmas decoration person. No disrespect or intent to target any religion etc, its truly just I love decorating.
 
My agent actually already had the files I wanted uploaded but when I logged in Today, they were on Errors... Refreshing didn't work, so I decided to just add it via SharePoint as a Library, but none of my questions were answered with it.
 
So I deleted the SharePoint and tried to add that file, and ANY files and not one will save and be a source. They all error out.
 
Things I have done
1. Tried in new bots (same issue)
2. Tried Private browsers/Incognito, different browsers, clearing cache, different SP and OD locations, you name it (heck rebooting).
 
None of this has worked.
 
  • Public Websites work still but the purpose is for me to share MY decorations with people who are curious where I got them etc.
  • Security is off, as it's a public facing set of information
  • The agents are built from my Solution. So go into PP, create a solution, add a new agent, build it.
    • I have no Actions
    • I turned off any Topics not being used or needed
Also, when I said it ignores them in SharePoint or OneDrive, it is. I removed all sources except the SharePoint one, with my excel file in it. Not a single answer came from the document which was working when I created it like 2 weeks ago.
 
Anyone else with this issue recently?

    hello, hum many information here, so i will try to help the investigation
     
    - First did you change the authentification ? when removing or changing some feature stop working by security design
    - is it in a corporate tenant ? you'r IT could have change the security rules: ask them
    - did you try a new copilot studio, change nothing, just add a file ?
     
    Last but not least : didn't you simply have you't trial expire or no enught credits ?

    Heya.. Yeah all of those are good. Its my environment and I am the admin and not a credit or trial issue.
     
    I haven't tested yet today if the issue has gone away, so will update later, as this was just for mentoring sessions that I do, that the environment is used for.
     
    Didn't change auth, I always have it set to not needed since I am using it with Mentees who are not always part of the environment (sometimes they are when I add them)
     
    Credits are fine, still have thousands and thousands
    Trial not the problem
     
    Files are fine, they go into my other environments just fine, so its definitely something about "this" environment specifically... if its still happening today I'll have to raise a ticket, as nothing else I have tried has resolved it..
