In a PowerApps Cloud Flow (which inside a solution folder), I have at least a working DataVerse connection, but when I attempt to add the "Get Secret" action for Azure Key Vault, I am prompted to enter key vault name (which I copy and paste) and then propmted to "Sign In" which spawns a popup window displaying the correct AAD identity which I select. Then back on the action, I see the error message "Create and authorize OAuth connection failed."
I created this secret, and I have even successfully retrieved it through a PowerShell script. I am only having trouble retrieving inside of this PowerApps/PowerAutomate flow.
On some similar, but not quite the same problem reports, it seems that some people have had luck by navigating from the top of make.powerapps.com > Data (or DataVerse) > Connections and clicking the "Fix" link for the corresponding connection, but I found those links completely unresponsive.
I am now seeking any advice on deeper diagnostic or resolution.
