Environment has duplicate tables for Page Template and Web Pages

Hi,

 

After installing our first power page using the Building Permit template, we notice that dataverse has a Standard and Virtual table for some of the portal metadata as shown below -

One of them has relevant data but the other one seems to have blank rows -

    Hi,

     

    From the screenshot, you will also notice that there are two types of tables - Virtual v/s Standard. And we noticed that there are two Portal Management apps installed -

    The Portal Management App seems to be connecting to Standard tables and has no data in any of these tables but the Power Pages Management app seems to be connecting to the Virtual tables which seems to be holding data for the website.

    Now, we also were looking at using Portal Records Mover XRM tool for our ALM and this tool seems to be accessing only the tables of type Standard (which has no data in our environment)

    And additionally, the virtual tables seem to be connecting to some external data source calle "Power Pages Core Entity DS" -

    We have now dropped this environment and then created a new sandbox environment. We noticed that the previous issue might have been because we had previously dropped the environment and recreated the env with the same name. After this, when we installed the power page portal, it created solutions with virtual tables. But now we recreated the environment with a slightly different name and recreated the portal. This time we don't seen the Power Pages Management App but just the Portal Management. We also see that the solutions created are the expected ones as show below.
