When I edit a colleague's agent in Copilot Studio, the knowledge connections to Azure AI Service are displayed as errors. The login or connection was made there via AppKey to Azure AI Search.
The connections are green for the agents I created myself.
What is the best way to ensure that the connections are green/error-free for all editors, even for agents that are being edited jointly?
The issue is that you are creating connections or they are, but you do not have access to each others connections because you are using AppKeys and secrets.
I do not know where you stored them (in Keyvault but each person's keyvault) but you have to decide if you want to use an environment variable, as right now I have to assume it was hard coded by the creator. I could be wrong and you will have to let me know but that is the primary reason this will happen as you don't have access to their keys, you need shared ones.
If you aren't already using Secret(s) environment variables that point to a shared Key, then please do that. then use that.
As I mentioned up above however I recommend that you use a service account and or service principal and use that accounts keys as environment variables so that it works for all creators (aka makers)
If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.
