PowerApps Form output store in word

Hi All,

 

I need the solution on the problem where I am taking output from form. Like employee name and Role. And I want to add in word template. Like IN front of name it should be reflected. And word file need to be converted in pdf.

 

I have used for this Premium connector i.e. Word online. 

 

I need solution on that i.e. without premium connector how can we do that?

    Since you've posted this in Power Apps, if you want to trigger the connectors via Power Apps, you can do that.
