I am a certified SharePoint Manager/Administrator but have recently started experimenting with Power Apps and need detailed guidance and the best approach.
Description: App(s) that will allow multiple supervisors within a department to collaboratively schedule, report, and audit the complete management personnel that do not have accounts.
Number of Employees: 100 - 200
Track/Report/Audit:
1. Personnel (ID Number, Contact Information)
2. Annual & Semi-Annual Training requirement due date & completion
3. Course Registration
4. Leave Dates
5. Appointments
6. Observation/Evaluation Counselings
7. Individual Record Filing
8. weekly generated overview report
I’m account is a DOD Organizational account Power apps, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. If anyone is able to given advice/guidance on the best way to achieve this I would greatly appreciate it!

I am not sure where to start with that number of questions except to say you could certainly do it all in Power Apps with your SharePoint as a back-end. You might read the first couple of sections on my site Practical Power Apps for some broad guidance.
