I am trying to add a field to a standard entity in CDM and continually receive the following message;
"! The provisioning request failed with 1 errors. See exception details for more information. RequestId: xxxxx....."
This message is, on the face of it, useless to me. It does not explain what went wrong and there is no guidance or otherwise to see the exception details.
How are we expected to create & develop on this platform when we are not given the tools to investigate what went wrong?

I justed tested creating a custom fields with the Account entity under PowerApps, it saved successfully.
Would you please share some information regarding the field that you want to add, under which entity?
I will check and see if I can reproduce the error.
Further, for the error message, would it be availabel for you to share the RequestID and the details?
It would be helpful for the Product Team to take a further investigation.
