Application not found in tenant

Created an app I'm trying to share with the organization. App was created within the organization's default environment. I've shared the app with other users but when they attempt to open the link they receive the error "Application not found in tenant". I also receive the error "The app may not exist, or your organization may have disallowed you from using it". Contacted IT Dept. and was told this should be working as I have the necessary permissions as do others to use the app. The are able open the link using a browser but not within power apps.

Thank you for the assistance. I checked the URL and cleared the browser history but did not seem to work. The answer was simpler than I thought. I didn't mention in my question, It's a local government organization. Finally found when logging into Power Apps from a Gov't profile, one must select the Government GCC setting before logging in. This appears to have been the problem.

Hi @JFred131 ,

If the URL is accessible and the issue is only in maker portal. Please verify the Web URL and the App you are trying to access are one and the same. If they are same - Can you please try clearing the browsing history..
