Simple Scenario in Technology Transformation of what they Currently Use and What They Desire to Have in the Application Being Sending Email with Subject that Contains what was Exactly Modified in the Standpoint of they ask in Being Developed and Designed
1) Updating Original Sharepoint Item that was not approved
2) Changing a variable on the Sharepoint Site, What, Where, Why kind of thing
3) Desire to have an email sent back to Approver that has Detailed What Exactly what was changed
(in the past frivolous emails back and forth with just a plain notification and nothing that pertained to what was changed)
4) Better Visibility to what was done - goal 😃
