Email wont send from functional account in power automate Send email V2

Can any help with this issue please? We have created a flow that send an email from a functional account, When I use my personal account the flow works as should. when I use the new functional account account I get the following error.

ActionFailed. An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded.

Any help would be great!

Hi @MAPB ,

By "functional account" I think you mean an Exchange Online Shared Mailbox?

Please share the full details of the error message from your flow.

For a Shared Mailbox, check that you have the following permissions to the Shared Mailbox:

Send As and

Read and manage (Full Access)

You can use the Send an email from a shared mailbox (V2) action:

Yes I mean shared inbox, I have now change to the send email from shared V2 as mentioned and still get error. I have attached what i see in the flow and my permissions on the inbox. cant figure out what is is going on with this.

It seems you did not assign "Send As" permission.
Can you send as a shared mailbox in Outlook?

In Outlook, being logged as the same account as you are using to run your flow.

I'm logged in to my account that has the connections and permissions...proper stumped by this

The other option is to grant access using the Exchange Admin centre:

Send As and

Read and manage (Full Access)

yes I can send an email directly out of the shared mailbox fine
