Agent behaves differently in Teams than it does in the Copilot Studio test window

Hi all,

We have created an Agent that behaves just as we would want it to in the test window in Copilot Studio. We deployed the Agent in Teams and our staff love it. Part of the knowledge sits within SharePoint libraries. When we run the Agent in Copilot Studio it gives the answers we would like it to and it also provides links to the files in the SharePoint libraries. But it does not behave that way in Teams. I have left this for 3 days now thinking perhaps it was some kind of caching thing, but that does not seem to be the case. I have looked at the settings in the Teams channel (not to be confused with a Teams Channel) in Copilot Studio, but haven't found anything that looks like it would make a difference. The Teams deployment is pretty slick as the Agent is just there for our staff, but I just want it to work like it does in the test window.

Anyone come across this and can just provide a quick magical fix?

We face the same issue. Due to this problem, we currently stopped the rollout.

Can you be more clear on you wanted to be work like it did in test window? What’s working in Copilot studio and what’s not working in Teams.

We also found a similar behavior. We have some Dataverse Tables as Knowledge sources. It answers questions about the data in the table really well in Studio. You ask the same question in Teams and it is acting like it can't access the Dataverse Tables at all.

"I don't have access to Dataverse Table Knowledge Sources directly."

Same issue here, for example when uploading files to be reviewed, in test window works perfectly and on Teams/Browser keeps asking the file...sometimes work sometimes doesnt...
