I have had weird errors like this in the past. I would try clearing browser cache and restart browser going back into the form.

As Suggessted by @dpoggemann try clearing Cache or try Incognito Mode. If it still not working, please find the another way to work the same.
1. Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com
2. Click Gear Icon at the top
3. Select Advance Settings
4. Select Settings --> Customization --> Customize the System
5. Expand Entities
6. Search for your Entities (Modo de)
7. Expand the Searched Entities
8. Select Form
9. Open Main Form
10. Make your Changes --> Save --> Publish

Hi,
I need to have a summary of all updates in my last screen of APP. Thus, I'm using the Insert Form --> Display function --> Item --> fx: screenname.Updates.
Can anyone help me with the formula to do this for more than one screen updates. I had try to add comma, semicolum, quotation mark, but the formula doesn't work when I want to add more than one screen.
Remark: Those highlighted in yellow are updates from different screen. However, it display only the screen in the formula bar, but not other screen due to I don't know how to write a formula for more than one screen updates.
