Update master list issueqty of item when issued qty in txn list is done

i have a transaction list and master list.

I have a issued qty item in master list and a transaction list.When a txn is done with some issue qty(10 for example ) in txn form.Then it should add to (issued qty+issued ) in master list.please tell me a formula.I tried so many but failed.
