Hi everyone, I'm new to Power Apps but the team I have joined has a complex setup of Flows powering templated document generation. We are currently using a non-MS tool to run a risk assessment based on a decision tree where the user answers multiple questions and gets presented with a low, medium, or high risk decision. Low risk is fine to proceed, medium and high are escalated to specific users via email. All answers and decisions are recorded in a spreadsheet.
I was hoping that Copilot Studio could replicate this workflow so that we can reduce duplicate tools and also benefit from integration with our other Flows, but I can't find much documentation on how to do something like this. It seems more like a PVA solution rather than AI based Copilot solution and everything now is about using AI.
Specifically, I'm struggling to find out how to get the document generated from the users answers (or save it to a Sharepoint list). I'm also not finding any references to a way to allow the user to change their answer to a single question if they picked the wrong mulitple-choice answer.
Am I trying to make it do something it's not designed for or should I persist with this. Has anyone got any examples of similar user cases?
