Unable to turn off "AI General Knowledge"

Hey all, for a custom Copilot Agent I'm working on I need it to only consume specific knowledge sources.

Unfortunately, it does reply with "AI General Knowledge" when it cannot readily find an answer in my documents.

There is no toggle visible in the "Knowledge" section to turn this off as detailed in documentation.

I have ensured that all "Generative Answers" nodes have the ability to use general knowledge turned off, including in the "Conversational Boosting" topic.

Here are some things to make sure, you can turn off Orchestration if you like, but its on the Overview Page
    also turn off Web Search

And you can turn off Conversational Boosting

Primarily turning off Web Search works alone, but you may need to turn off Conversation Boosting as well and then lastly the Gen AI if that doesn't work.

If this resolves your issues, I would appreciate if you could Mark my answer as such and maybe a like.

Turning off generative AI is not the proper solution to this request. Just last week I was able to turn off the ability to use ai general knowledge and according to this documentation, I should still be able to.

The idea was to give you things to try that might cause the back end to stop blocking you.

It would seem you have it handled from your tone, so you are good to go.

hi quick answer for you, just click the settings in your copilot studio and it will be in the generative ai category in the options. scroll down to knowledge and the option to enable or disable it is there.

Thanks TS. It wasn't readily apparent that there was a scrollable field. Feel like a fool for missing that, but sure enough it's there

I am still not seeing this option, I see what the OP posted initially,  @Larsen can you show what you figured out?
