If I purchase Power Apps Per App License, there can I get the "Text Recognizer" & "Business Card Reader" both AI Builder feature?
In my Canvas App I want to include this 2 AI Builder.
So, if somebody know about this then please reply me.
Yes you are correct the credits seeded with Power Apps per App can be used for these two capabilities.
Though, only 250 per license are provided so you may consider to purchase an add-on for usage at scale.

I have an another question to you. In my organization I have D365 Customer Engagement License (don't have AI Builder license), there I have created a Canvas App where I added "Business Card Reader" And it's work probably without any AI Builder License.
And, in my another app I have added "Text Recognizer" but, it's not working there. Showing to purchase AI Builder License.
So, my question is -
For Business Card Reader we don't need to purchase AI Builder License or it's some which I don't know?
You need credits either unallocated at the tenant level or allocated to the environment to use both features.
Did you used business card reader and Text Recognizer on the same environment?
