Good day, 
 
I'm having trouble with my prompts using Researcher (New feature that came out in late mid-late May). When I or our staff members request information regarding a report on the Recent Presidents (President Trump, President Obama, and President Biden) economic, key policies, or any social impact i get a I'm sorry, it looks like I can’t respond to this. Let’s try a different question.
 
Example Prompt - Provide a summary of [Insert any of the Presidents], including key policies and their impact
 
Does this have to do with Microsoft Reasoning models they are using?

    I'm not familiar with the Researcher since this just came up couple weeks ago, but indeed it has to be related with the model, try to be more explicit with your prompts (since when, what president, what specific public reports make sense to your query), better yet if you have files PDF reports posted in a website that can narrow down the source of truth and give you a better analysis , strategy for a marketing campaign, it need context for a better output ...
